We accept devices in various conditions, including those with cracked screens, water damage, or other functional issues. However, we do not accept devices with activation locks (iCloud or Google Lock) enabled. Please remove any security locks before selling your device.

What happens after I get an offer for my device?
We offer two easy ways to sell your device: Same-Day Local Pickup (Metro Atlanta) or Free Prepaid Shipping. If you're in Metro Atlanta, choose local pickup for a quick, in-person exchange and get cash on the spot. If you're outside the area, we’ll email you a free prepaid shipping label—just pack your device, drop it off, and get paid once it’s inspected.
Prefer to ship on your own? You can use any carrier at your expense. Whichever option you choose, we ensure a fast and hassle-free process!
When and how do I get paid for my device?
You'll get paid fast and securely once we inspect your device. For Same-Day Local Pickup (Metro Atlanta), you'll receive cash on the spot after a quick inspection. If you choose to ship your device, payment is sent within 24 hours of approval via PayPal or Zelle—whichever you prefer.
We’ll notify you as soon as your device is processed, so you’ll always know when to expect your payment!
Can the offer amount change and can I cancel the sale?
If there’s a significant difference between the device description and what we've received, we’ll contact you with a revised offer. You can accept or decline, and if you decline, we’ll return your device for free.
If you haven’t shipped your device or completed a local transaction, you can cancel the sale. However, once we’ve paid you, the sale is final.
What happens to my data if I forget to erase it?
We perform a data wipe on all devices before reselling them, but it’s best to erase your personal data beforehand for security reasons.
